Gonzo Today: Looking Ahead at GT, Gonzofest 2019 held in Louisville July 20, A Note from the Acting Head

July 15, 2019

First off, thanks to our readers for bearing with us while we were on hiatus.

Gonzo Today currently features a selection of Gonzo Today’s greatest original content. New stuff on the way. Cheers!

This Saturday, July 20 2019 marks the start of Louisville’s annual Gonzofest, featuring tributes to the late great Hunter S. Thompson via music and words from noted artists including Gonzo Today’s Ron Whitehead.

Hey, the Mayor of Louisville will be there! Check it out at https://www.gonzofestlouisville.com

A personal note from the Acting Head of Gonzo Today

As some of you will recall, I was both a contributor and Editor-in-Chief at Gonzo Today back in 2017. It was both exciting and challenging, in brief.

As the newly-named Acting Head of this webzine, I intend to feature new content for August and beyond, as soon as I lash our writers into compliance, including myself. The process is strenuous and possibly time-intensive, so stand by. Our Facebook page should be updating you soon and yeah, please don’t forget to like us if you surf through.

With deep appreciation to you all,
