Kidman J. Williams – It is no secret that Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders is not your run of the mill candidate. Bernie Sanders actually stands for what he claims to stand for, unlike some of his peers. He has fought for equality, he has stood for little men and he doesn’t believe in the Super PAC.
This new video shows a very candid look at what Sanders would like to do as President. He is for honest changes.
The Republicans are not very big fans of Bernie Sanders. For that matter, a lot of the left aren’t very huge fans either. Why? He isn’t business as usual. He refuses to talk smack about Hillary, which irritates the corporate owned media, and sticks to the issues that the US is facing.
Bernie Sanders seems to be a man of integrity. He isn’t afraid to tell you about his failures. Why should he be? Put it out on the table and nobody can throw it in your face later. He is just boring to the mainstream media.
It wasn’t until the ’80s that Sanders was able to start real wins. In 1981 he ran for Mayor of Burlington, Vermont. He won in a huge upset by 10 votes. After winning a second term in 1983, Sanders went into 1984 by establishing the Burlington Community Land Trust. The project became a model of success that was emulated throughout the world and won an award from Jack Kepm-led HUD.
One of his greatest stands was in November of 1993. In 1993 Sanders voted against Clinton’s North American Free Trade Agreement. Sanders went on to say that:
“If NAFTA passes, corporate profits will soar because it will be even easier than now for American companies to flee to Mexico and hire workers there for starvation wages.”
Look at this important video and see how effortlessly he handles the press. This shows a man who doesn’t stumble for the words, because Sanders knows what he believes in and he doesn’t need an aid to tell him what he believes in.
